This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. First of all, the location is fantastic, right on a busy boulevard with easy access to the city by bus. Secondly, the prices were incredible, providing great value for money. And thirdly, the level of attention to detail was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the warm welcome to the clean and well-appointed room, everything was perfect.
There was just one small aspect that could be improved upon, but it didn't affect my overall experience. The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better.

I had an amazing stay at Gala Placida 1923. The staff was friendly and were pretty good too make sure I felt welcomed. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the free room service for breakfast was a delicious touch. Despite a small hiccup with the door lock, the staff promptly resolved the issue and ensured my safety. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Big room, big bathroom, cleanliness, helpful staff, convenient location close to the center via park. Surprised by spacious room, nice bathroom, amenities like AC and TV, comfortable bed. Easy communication with owner via WhatsApp, received timely responses. Friendly and helpful receptionist, large and comfortable room. Innovative breakfast service, even though content could be improved.
